Realty of Maine owner and designated broker Dave Sleeper presented awards to his top 2009 residential real estate sales producers at the company's annual Awards Luncheon held February 24, 2010 at Panda Garden in Bangor. Top solo salesperson of the year was awarded to broker Travis Coffin of the Ellsworth office with 2009 sales of over $5 million. Coffin has been with Realty of Maine since 2003.
The Top Team award was presented to Manon & Team of the Bangor office with 2009 sales of over $11 million. Manon & Team is comprised of associate broker Manon de Carlo and sales assistant Amy Henderson.
In addition to Manon & Team, the following teams, in order of sales production received awards: The Esty Team (Bill Esty, Doug Damon, Bob Dalton, Tom Thebarge), Marsh Realtors ® (Kurtis and Carissa Marsh) and the Brown-Hammond Team (Jody Hammond and Tammi Brown).
The following Realtors®, in order of sales production, received an Executive Club award for sales between $2 million and $5 million: Tricia Largay, Dani O'Halloran, Tammy Smith, Jay Mishou, Shari Garland, Paul Cook, Pete Drinkwater, Jon Cota, Dolly Perkins, LuAnne Adams and Charlie Hunter.
Receiving a Production Excellence award for sales between $1 million and $2 million were, in order of sales production: Alta Kennedy, Patty Thompson, Susan Lane, Tara Roy, Duane Williams, Brian Cartwright, Lisa Wentworth, Denise Reed, Michelle Ridley, Deb Otis, Matt Cook, Jeanna Bonin, Darlene Dubose, Sally Epply, Mark Ross and Anita Colomy.
